Hi! I’m Elayna.
My clients rely on me for my high-level creative thinking and unconventional guidance to help them access the corners of their mind and depths of their heart to figure out what’s next.
One. I’m an artist.
I bring an artist's curiosity into everything I do. It's how I ask questions. It's how I listen. It's how I make sense of the world. Art is a process of creation from what can only be felt and not yet seen. Said another way, it's your relationship with the unknown. Without this, business is limited by strategy and execution instead of a living, breathing expression of who you are.
Three things to know about me:
Two. I’m an pioneer.
My work exists outside of business strategy or traditional coaching. I let living inform everything I do. Which has led me to live in India, Japan, and now Germany. It’s inspired me to cycle Japan’s 88 Temple Pilgrimage, create illustrated books, surf across multiple countries. And now working with wildly successful entrepreneurs navigating the same territory—building businesses that are extensions of how they want to live, not constraints on it.
Three. I’m a translator.
Whether it's language, culture, or the felt sense of an idea wanting to be born, I'm constantly translating. Living between worlds taught me to hold complexity, to see what others miss, to find the bridge between what's known and what's emerging. Translation isn't about making things simpler—it's about honoring multiple truths at once and finding ways of being that let them coexist.
